Four Senate Democrats are openly fearing that the Trump administration will write rules that heavily favor corporate America when fleshing out the megabill that President Donald Trump signed a couple months back.
The Democrats—Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.), Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) and Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.)—most specifically are worried about one of the key point men in implementing the new law: Ken Kies, the assistant Treasury secretary for tax policy.
