The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is a federal agency designed to provide information and resources for homebuyers, homeowners, property renters, and people experiencing homelessness. My office may be able to assist in facilitating communication with HUD in hopes of finding the answers to your housing-related questions.
Other housing-related assistance is administered at the state or local level. The Massachusetts state government has a helpful list of resources and information regarding common housing questions and issues, including information for tenants, landlords, and homeowners, as well as information about affordable housing programs, home inspection protocols, and more.
