What Medicaid Cuts Would Mean to Our Children

40% of Medicaid recipients are children. Dr. DeWayne Pursley is the head of neonatal care at one of the best hospitals in the country in Boston, Massachusetts. He’s seen pediatric AIDS and a number of epidemics, but he says cuts to Medicaid could be the largest threat facing our children he’s encountered in his 30 years on the job. Dr. Hope Ricciotti is the head of the obstetrics and gynecology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
